What We Offer Full‑time, Monday to Friday role – no weekends Salary: $80k Super lucrative incentive (OTE $160K) Full training and ongoing development Supportive, collaborative and high‑energy culture Convenient office location near Westfield Knox with onsite parking Employee benefits In this role, you will: Manage a Daily Sales Pipeline Own a consistent flow of warm SME leads Follow up daily, update CRM, and keep momentum moving Provide daily pipeline updates to leadership Build Trusted Client Relationships Run structured intro and discovery calls Understand client operations, challenges, and workforce gaps Liaise closely with Talent Acquisition and Operations to align solutions Turn Discovery into Real Solutions Scope workforce needs to create role briefs and position descriptions that Talent Acquisition will use to source talent Develop tailored managed service solutions Prepare and present proposals Ensure solutions are commercially sound and operationally feasible What success looks like A clean, accurate, constantly moving pipeline High conversion from warm lead to qualified opportunity Excellent client experiences from first contact to scoping Clear, accurate role briefs that Talent Acquisition can hire quickly and confidently Strong internal relationships with Talent Acquisition and Operations What you’ll bring Sales or Business Development experience within Contact Centre or Agency Recruitment Strong discovery and questioning skills Proven success building rapport and fostering relationships Ability to write or refine Position Descriptions, briefs, or job scopes A love of solving client problems rather than just filling jobs This role gives you all the relationship and consulting elements you love, without the cold sales grind.
