Searson Buck are looking for Experienced Civil Plant Operators in the heart of Evandale, Northern Tasmania. This 3 month casual role offers a competitive salary range of AUD $45.00 - AUD$50.00 per hour (depending on experience) and the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in a thriving Civil construction business. Operate a diverse range of heavy machinery, including Dump Trucks, Rollers, and Scrappers, to shape the future of our community. Preferred Requirements: Proficient in operating Dump Trucks, Rollers, and Scrappers to ensure efficient and safe job site operations. Hold relevant Civil Construction tickets. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow instructions to deliver high-quality results. Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining equipment in top condition. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks as needed. Strong communication skills to liaise with project managers and other stakeholders. Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol screening. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience as a Civil Plant Operator, with a proven track record of success.
