About the job We’re looking for a motivated Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team based out of our Sydney CBD office. We have a strong client and candidate network across NSW, VIC and QLD. Working closely with one of the Partners in Calidus Group, the role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and supporting top-quality talent in securing new opportunities across the public practice accounting market. As a guideline, you will: Focus on building strong talent pipelines through job ads, networking and direct head hunting. Produce quality shortlists of candidates with comprehensive overviews of candidates experiences, and behavioural attributes. Build you own network of candidates, learn the client landscape and build towards running your own 360 desk.
