Anila Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Not for Profit, P&C-run Outside of School Hours Care service in Clovelly to appoint an Assistant Director and Educational Leader. This is a senior leadership position within a large service licensed for 250 places, with daily attendance of approximately 220 children. This role is suited to an experienced OSHC Assistant Director, 2IC or Educational Leader seeking greater scope, autonomy and structured non-contact time to focus on quality and team development. Role Details: Permanent full-time opportunity Flexible arrangement – option to work across 4 or 5 days One block shift per week 15 hours per week non-contact time $85,000 superannuation About the Service: Large, established OSHC service with strong community engagement Not for Profit P&C-run organisation Consistent enrolments and stable operations Supported by an experienced Director Well-structured leadership model About the Role: Support the Director in overseeing daily operations across Before and After School Care Lead educational programming in line with My Time, Our Place Drive quality improvement and National Quality Framework compliance Mentor and develop a large educator team Support rostering, compliance, family engagement and operational systems About You: Previous experience as an OSHC Assistant Director, 2IC or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place Confidence leading large teams and managing service operations Strong organisational and communication skills Current relevant qualifications and compliance certifications Why Join This Service?
