Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a well-maintained portfolio as part of our high-performing team. The Role Includes: Manage a well maintained portfolio of around 200 properties Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections Preparing and signing lease files Attending tribunal hearings as needed Liaising with both landlords and tenants No Trust Accounting, Maintenance, or Arrears The Person: Minimum 1-2 years of property management experience Current Certificate of Registration is essential Valid driver’s license and reliable, roadworthy vehicle Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and strong time management Professional presentation and reliability The Perks: Up to $100k plus excellent commission structure Career progression opportunities assured A close-knit, supportive team environment Monday- Friday role!
