About the role: As an Educator at PCYC, you will be supporting the day-to-day operation and delivery of the Out of School Hours Care program whilst ensuring a safe and positive environment for all children in the program. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, including queries from parents, guardians and other service users. Assisting with the evaluation of the OSHC program. Maintaining ongoing records of child development and assessments against learning outcomes. About you: Ability to engage with young children and passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for children and families. Experience working in an OSHC setting and/or with early childhood is highly desirable. Diploma/Cert III in Early Education and Care or an ACECQA recognised Early Childhood qualification is highly desirable First Aid and Anaphylaxis trained or willingness to obtain certification.
