Key Responsibilities: Planning, organising and controlling the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Monitoring quality of food and beverage service and maintaining high service standards. Managing staff, including rostering, supervising daily activities and providing training and guidance. Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations. Handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner. Managing budgets, controlling costs and monitoring financial performance. Maintaining records of stock levels, sales and staff performance. About you: At least one year of relevant work experience as a Restaurant Manager. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Sound understanding of workplace health and safety and food safety regulations. Ability to manage budgets, control costs and achieve financial targets. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
