About the company: We have partnered with a boutique, family-friendly accounting firm based in Brisbane, with an additional 4 offices across QLD and NSW. Due to growth, the firm is on the lookout for a Supervisor or a Client Manager, to join their team. Supported by a team, you will be managing a long-standing client base spread across a range of industries from professional services, tradies, hospitality, construction and HNW individuals. The Role: This could suit someone looking to build out their own client base, or work closely sharing the existing Partners portfolio. Dependant on your longer term goal, the role can be a full-time or part-time position. Duties include: Building long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients Supporting and training the junior team Reviewing the work of a junior team (onshore and offshore) and ensuring work is completed to deadlines Manage the day to day client relations Ensure operations including weekly KPI's, jobs and debtors are being met Confident in working on compliance and advisory About you: CA or CPA qualified (or overseas equivalent) Minimum 4 years' experience in an Australian public practice firm Experience managing a client base at reviewer level Professional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisor Competent with cloud-based technology Culture and Benefits: This is an opportunity to join a firm that appreciates its employees, building business friendships and balancing banter with hard work.
