Seeking a Facility Manager / Facilities Officer / Maintenance Coordinator to be based in Melbourne CBD. Responsible for the smooth delivery of building maintenance services and ensuring up-time for a data hall and corporate office for a Banking client. Office based role, Monday – Friday (40hrs per week) in a permanent position. Some after hours/on call support also required. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations for the tenancy Engage vendors, manage contracts and performance Perform hands on maintenance eg. light replacement, reset breakers etc Conduct inspections Reporting, invoicing, work orders and manage minor projects Manage monthly power downs Customer facing, based on the client site as the only Technical person on site Skills and Experience Required: Prior FM experience, preferably with Electrical / Electrician in corporate office Must have experience with data centre / critical environment Familiar with infrastructure maintenance - UPS, generators, CRAC units, electrical systems Comfortable with providing on-call support remotely or attending onsite Background checks - police check, references and integrity check Role Benefits: Salary from $100,000 – 125,000 Super Permanent position Immediate start available Time in lieu provided for onsite overtime or on call Succession planning with internal opportunities for growth and promotion Tier 1 service provider with strong structures, processes and support in place If you're interested please APPLY or email your CV and cover letter to chelseai@austcorpexecutive.com.au
