Your Opportunity You will act as an integral member of the facilities team to aid in the asset's day-to-day operations, maintenance, and presentation. It is a perfect opportunity to gain experience, be mentored by seasoned professionals, and deepen your knowledge of facilities services. It will offer a blend of administration, contractor coordination, project management and compliance. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Aiding the facilities team in general administrative tasks, including invoicing, following through on work orders and responding to any tenant requests. Assist in inducting contractors and ensuring contractor compliance is up to date. Support the Senior FM in coordinating and overseeing contractors delivering tenancy fit-outs and minor works across the precinct Developing strong relationships and rapport with high-profile tenants, stakeholders, and contractors Car park access management and regular building inspections to ensure safety and compliance Assist with managing cleaning and security contractor performance and tasks Why You Should Apply: You will work at a dynamic and busy facility that offers broad exposure to all aspects of facilities management and operations.
