Work strictly within a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and identity-affirming framework. Requirements: Qualified: Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Clinical Psychology Registrar. Registered: Essential Medicare registration and at least 2 years of therapeutic experience. Aligned: Already practicing from an identity-affirming lens (including trauma-informed, size-inclusive, neuro-affirming, and queer-affirming approaches). Highly Regarded: EMDR Training. Experience with complex trauma (sexual abuse, family violence, attachment). Familiarity with parts work and dissociation-informed practice.
