About the Role NEPEAN is currently engaged in a multi-year D365 transformation that will include both our Australian and global business units. Working across our portfolio of 15 businesses, this position will take full ownership of the D365 project with the support and buy-in from senior management. This will include FinOps plus CRM across multiple businesses. Located in one of our NSW offices (Prestons, Yagoona, Ingleburn, Wollongong, Gosford or Newcastle, this position will be tasked with: Program & Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of the D365 transformation roadmap across multiple regions and legal entities. Manage complex, multi-stream programs (Finance, SCM, CRM, integrations, data, reporting). Change & Business Transformation: Collaborate with the Change Manager to leave stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, training approach and the adoption measurement. Develop targeted engagement models for time-poor operational teams. Hands on Delivery: Get your hands dirty and actively participate in design workshops, sprint reviews, UAT planning and data validation sessions. Use Azure DevOps to track delivery backlog, manage test cycles, control releases and monitor UAT coverage. Governance & Commercial Management : Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, change requests, budget tracking and resource planning. Own executive steering committee cadence and drive accountability with all delivery partners. The Right Person You will be a technical and influential Project Manager that is able to operate in complexity from Day 1. You will drive real change in the business through your ability to ensure delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement and drive real adoption across the business. You will be: An Experienced Project Manager: Ideally, 8 years’ experience in Enterprise program/project management. Proven experience leading large-scale, end-to-end D365 implementation. Globally Experienced: Previously delivered multi-entity, multi-country ERP programs and experience with global system integrators. A Technical Guru: Deep understanding of D365 FinOps architecture and ERP implementation lifecycles. Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile/hybrid delivery models.
