We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to support our WA operations based in Malaga through a combination of customer service and warehouse coordination. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support Manage incoming phone calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers and internal teams. Support counter sales as required, ensuring a positive customer experience. Warehouse Coordination Coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse operations to maintain an efficient workflow. Manage stock movements, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory accuracy. Assemble braking kits and associated products to required standards. Ensure all assembled items meet quality and safety requirements. Assist with general warehouse tasks to support operational needs. Ensuring warehouse is maintained in a clean and tidy manner with the TES guidelines. About You Forklift and driver's licences essential Previous warehouse/storeperson experience. Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines. Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and a high level of reliability. Mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work. Basic computer skills for inventory. Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen.
