Description Azure Integration Specialist Location: Sydney Employment Type: Full Time (6 Month - Fixed Term Contract) About the Role As the Azure Integration Specialist you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern applications using .NET and Microsoft Azure services. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, automation, and AI, contributing to innovative enterprise solutions. You will collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders, playing a key role across the entire software development lifecycle, while ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, security, and performance. Key Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using .NET and Azure services. Develop and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft Azure technologies to optimise business processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective, scalable solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications. Create and maintain technical documentation for application development, deployment, and maintenance. Stay current with emerging technologies and cloud trends, proposing and implementing enhancements to existing solutions. Implement and maintain robust security measures aligned with industry standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience as a .NET Developer with strong expertise in Azure integration services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Power Platform). Experience integrating AI-powered and automation solutions, including Power Automate RPA. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments. Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; experience with Microsoft Fabric is an advantage. Ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with financial management, scoping, tendering, and vendor management.
