Description Fixed term, full-time appointment (18 months) Level 6/7: $94,998 - $117,633 17% superannuation As a key member of the UOW Academy, you will contribute to the design, coordination and delivery of leadership and professional development initiatives across the University. Working closely with internal experts, senior leaders, and external providers, you will curate contemporary learning experiences that support capability growth, strengthen engagement, and enhance workplace culture. About the Role Partner with stakeholders to identify current and emerging capability needs across academic and professional staff. Design, curate, and coordinate leadership and professional development programs in collaboration with subject matter experts and vendors. Facilitate engaging, inclusive workshops and learning experiences, such as communities of practice, mentoring, and peer networks. Support the use of diagnostic tools (e.g., 360-degree assessments, strengths profiles) to guide individual and team development. Monitor and evaluate learning impact, gather insights, and recommend program improvements aligned to strategic priorities. Champion inclusive, accessible and contemporary learning practices that support UOW’s Values in Action and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. About You You are a confident facilitator and relationship-builder who thrives in collaborative environments. You bring creative energy to designing meaningful learning experiences and have the ability to translate organisational needs into impactful development opportunities. You will also bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant experience in learning & development. Demonstrated experience in designing, coordinating and evaluating development programs. Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with learning technologies and platforms, including tools for diagnostics or development insights.
