What You’ll Be Doing: As a Paint Spot Assistant Manager, you will play a hands-on leadership role that empowers a high performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and consistent operational excellence. You will help drive profitable growth by coaching your team, optimising store performance and fostering a culture where people take ownership, contribute ideas and run the business with pride. This role will see you influence daily operations, develop your leadership capability and make a real impact in a dynamic trade environment. This is a Full-time role based at our Paint Spot Sunshine Store . Experienced in trade, paint or retail sales is preferred with strong product knowledge and customer service skills. Confident interpreting store performance measures and driving results through daily actions. Strong understanding of OH&S requirements with commitment to safe, compliant operations.
