We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Community Engagement Team on a permanent, part time basis. A little bit about the role: Working closely with the Head of Events and Community Engagement Team, the Event Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and delivery of a wide range of School and community events. The role contributes across event planning, administration, marketing, budgets, risk management and post-event reporting, ensuring all events are delivered to a high standard and align with Shore’s mission and values. You will collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders including the Shore Foundation, Shore Parents’ Association and Shore Old Boys’ Union, as well as external suppliers and contractors.
