In this role, you will focus on: Support the full agency solution function Support and lead the cross-channel agency team Fully understand and be able to communicate the WMS products and solutions. Build relationships with the key clients and market contacts for your agency. Build strategic proposals/solutions for clients based on campaign objective(s). Drive, manage, and optimise cross-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across ATV, digital, social, DOOH, programmatic, and other media touchpoints. Fully understand the functionality of each unit within WMS and establish ways of working together in an omni-solution sense. Support the Head of XXXXXX. Work with all clients on multi-market multi-channel solutions. Present existing and new capabilities to existing/new clients. Identify new opportunities via product offerings to grow incremental revenue with clients. Help with recrafting product solution and marketing to meet market requirements with the product team. Roll-out training programs for your agency. Help enable all markets to deliver revenue of focused clients. Work closely with key stakeholders to assess market demand and establish current and future growth potential. Build marketing and sales engagement strategies for your agency. Consult and provide proactive content and cross-channel solutions to agency clients/direct clients. Influence and drive adoption via workshops, training, brainstorm and pitch sessions with agency teams. Work closely with Operations and Supply teams locally to ensure smooth roll-out of campaigns. What you’ll bring: Experience in delivering against revenue targets or measurable deliverables. Experience in maintaining client relationships and overcoming issues and objections to achieve core business objectives. Experience in managing key clients and maintain long term external client relationships. Experience of multiple industry categories and what drives their online advertising success Strong understanding of content and influencer marketing. Minimum qualifications: 5 years’ experience in digital marketing Understanding of agency processes and structures, especially partnership and content teams Excellent presentation skills Excellent numerical skills with the ability to quickly analyse commercial constructs and opportunities. You must be comfortable in working autonomously and you will be responsible for delivering pre-defined and agreed goals, presenting progress periodically to management teams.
