The Role: We are seeking Personal Care Workers for night duty to join our facility in Hastings, VIC. Personal Care Workers contribute to resident comfort and quality of life by providing safe, high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan. It is essential that you understand the residential aged care environment and standards and have a high level of empathy and compassion for our residents. What you will do: The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring: Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc. Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities. Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals, Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts Who are you and what will you bring?
