Location: Bankstown, NSW Salary Package: $65,000 Superannuation Role Highlights: Our client is seeking an energetic customer service professional to serve as the main point of contact for their valued customers. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, while delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for handling administrative duties and data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Offer exceptional customer service, resulting in positive outcomes for customers. Perform administrative duties, including accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date customer records. Ensure customer database is up to date. Candidate Profile: In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience in a high-volume customer service environment and demonstrate the following: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call centre environment is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy and organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in administrative and data entry tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
