Area Manager – Central Coast NSW We are currently partnering with a select group of early learning providers who are planning to expand their operations teams across the Central Coast with appointments anticipated from mid-year. We are proactively building a strong talent pool of values-aligned leaders ready to make meaningful impact as opportunities arise. These roles will initially oversee a small portfolio of 2–3 centres , offering the rare chance to lead with intention, build strong foundations, and grow alongside the organisation. The Opportunity As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping culture, consistency, and operational excellence across multiple early learning services. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role ideal for someone who values relationships, quality, and sustainable growth.
