Reporting to the Director of Engineering, Digital Product, you will lead a talented team of four ERP specialists. You’ll partner across the business to create an environment where technical innovation is the norm, solving customer pain points and ensuring our "behind-the-scenes" tech delights our customers just as much as our products do. Operational Excellence: Checked in on project progress, managed delivery timelines, and raised flags on high-risk plans to ensure our ERP programme stayed on track. Process Optimization: Mapped out complex business processes to improve how we interact with our 3PLs and internal iPaaS systems. Stakeholder Alignment: Met with cross-functional leaders to define measurable success criteria and KPIs for upcoming strategic initiatives.
