Technical Business Analyst – Banking Divestment Program We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major banking divestment program. This is a critical, time-bound project involving the separation and migration of technical infrastructure as part of a large-scale banking divestment. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to document detailed business requirements and translate them into clear, comprehensive technical specifications for development teams. A key focus will be documenting infrastructure changes and supporting the cloning of an existing environment into a new, independent environment while maintaining security, governance, networks, and core functionality. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements Produce high-quality technical specifications for development and infrastructure teams Document infrastructure changes and environment configurations Support the lift-and-shift migration of existing systems into a new standalone environment Ensure security, compliance, governance, and operational integrity are maintained throughout the separation Essential Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in banking Direct experience in banking divestments, separations, or large-scale migration programs Strong background in infrastructure cloning, lift-and-shift migrations, or environment replication Demonstrated ability to deliver in demanding, deadline-driven programs Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills This is a high-impact role within a complex and fast-paced transformation program.
