Your responsibilities will include: Drafting and preparing court documents and correspondence Filing documents via the Commonwealth Courts Portal Managing diaries and critical deadlines Liaising confidently with clients, counsel and the Courts Assisting with briefing counsel and trial preparation High-level file management and organisation This role requires someone who understands family law processes, court etiquette, urgency and discretion, and who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
