The role: They are seeking to appoint a proactive and highly organised professional to autonomously coordinate end to end bids nationally. This is a demanding and fast-paced role, requiring an individual who can remain composed under pressure while effectively managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders. Independently manage submissions and other outward proposals including EOIs, RFTs, capability statements, etc Format, draft and review all proposal documents to ensure accuracy and consistent with branding and quality standards Coordinate and maintain marketing materials Maintain databases and libraries Interpret briefs and draft responses Manage the template library Engage key stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and professional manner Assist in the continuous improvement of templates, marketing material and collateral.
