We are seeking a fulltime Registered Psychologist to join our Subiaco clinic in a specialist Insurer Scheme Focus role supporting workers’ compensation and CTP clients. Your new role As a psychologist experienced in insurer funded treatment, you will support clients recovering from workplace injuries, trauma, chronic pain and adjustment difficulties. You will: Deliver evidence based psychological treatment focused on recovery and functional improvement based psychological treatment focused on recovery and functional improvementbased psychological treatment focused on recovery and functional improvement Complete structured assessments, treatment planning and risk assessments Prepare high quality treatment reports and progress updates for insurersquality treatment reports and progress updates for insurers Work closely with GPs, rehabilitation providers and insurers Participate in case conferences and return to work planningtowork planning Integrate functional and vocational goals into treatment Provide EAP counselling and wellbeing services when required (secondary to scheme work) About you Registered Psychologist with full AHPRA registration Experience in workers’ compensation, injury management or rehabilitation (or a strong interest in developing expertise) Strong assessment, treatment planning and reportwriting skills Ability to build effective relationships with insurers, GPs and rehabilitation providers Full Australian working rights Ability to obtain a National Police Check Current driver’s licence Why you will love working with us Supervision and mentoring – including regular individual and group-based supervision with Principal Psychologists and team members.
