As the Service Product Lead (SPL) - ServiceNow you'll be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, quality and performance of core ServiceNow platform offerings. This includes everything from initial analysis and design through to implementation, transition and ongoing delivery. Acting as the link between Business Relationship Teams, IT operations and technical specialists, you will ensure services are designed and delivered to meet the existing business needs and are adaptable to meet future demands and requirements, including oversight of customer testing, product releases, training and communications for the customer. While managing the ServiceNow Platform, you'll actively scan the external landscape to identify emerging technologies and assess their relevance and potential value to our business needs.
