What You’ll Do You will be responsible for managing and filling high-volume white-collar roles across our established client base, primarily within Government. You will: Manage recruitment for high-volume Government roles Own the end-to-end recruitment process Screen, interview (face-to-face & virtual) and reference check candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Meet clients onsite and deliver exceptional service Manage talent pipelines and keep databases up to date Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from start to finish You’ll be trusted to deliver outcomes, manage priorities, and keep roles moving in a fast-paced environment.
