Job Description We are seeking talented individuals for both Guest Service Agent and VIP Services Agent positions to join our Front Office team. Both roles play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences and anticipating the needs of our valued guests, ensuring every stay is seamless, personalised, and memorable. Guest Service Agent Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide exceptional, personalised service. Handle arrivals, departures, room allocations, payments, and guest inquiries. Promote Accor’s ALL loyalty program and assist with room tours. Maintain lobby and front desk presentation to luxury standards. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments. VIP Services Agent Responsibilities: Coordinate pre-arrival correspondence, special requests, amenities, and in-room checks to ensure seamless preparation and recognition of all VIP movements. Liaise daily with Front Office and operational departments to communicate guest preferences, movements, and special requirements, ensuring smooth transitions and service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles, respond promptly to enquiries, and support lobby arrivals to enhance the overall guest journey. Uphold luxury presentation and brand standards at all times, acting as a brand ambassador through professional grooming, refined service delivery, and proactive promotion of hotel services and loyalty programs.
