Job Description As a Provisional Psychologist, you will play an important role in supporting job seekers facing complex barriers. Your Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments across mental health, psychosocial, and vocational needs. Offer person-centred counselling intervention as needed, utilising various evidence-based psychological methodologies. Deliver practical strategies to support mental health and wellbeing. Liaise with external providers, health professionals, and community services. Work closely with Job Coaches and internal teams to support sustainable employment outcomes. Provide guidance to staff regarding psychological services, where appropriate.
