Reporting to the Director of Loyalty & CRM Marketing, this role is perfect for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on collaboration, campaign execution, and delivering measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Loyalty Program Support & CRM Excellence Support the execution and delivery of the Minor Discovery loyalty program across our hotel portfolio Act as a key contact for loyalty enquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external partners Assist with reporting and communication of hotel loyalty performance to stakeholders Support CRM processes across the member lifecycle, from acquisition to engagement and retention Analyse engagement and performance data to deliver actionable insights Contribute to projects focused on improving data quality, loyalty processes, and member management CRM Marketing & Campaign Support Assist in the build and delivery of loyalty campaigns, including eDM development and deployment Review and quality-check campaign content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy Collaborate closely with global CRM and Loyalty teams on campaign planning and execution
