ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR Innovative Talent Group is one of Melbourne's leading independent recruitment agencies within the real estate and property sector, with expanding reach across broader white-collar markets. We are entering our next phase of growth. To support this expansion, we are seeking a commercially sharp and detail-driven Accounts Administrator to take ownership of our accounts function and protect the financial integrity of the business. This is not a transactional role. This is a pivotal position within a high-performance environment. You will work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, ensuring our accounts processes are tight, compliant, commercially sound and scalable. The Role You will manage the full accounts lifecycle across our permanent and temporary recruitment divisions, ensuring strong cash flow, disciplined debt management and seamless payroll coordination. Core Responsibilities End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management - Issuing permanent placement invoices and monitoring payment terms - Proactively chasing outstanding invoices and following up with clients via phone and email - Notifying consultants of overdue accounts and assisting with resolution - Maintaining accurate debtor reports and aged receivables - Managing timesheet processing and payroll follow-up for temporary staff - Liaising with our external accountant for reconciliation and reporting - Ensuring correct client account details and compliance documentation are maintained - Supporting budgeting processes and tracking performance against revenue targets - Protecting the commercial position of the business through disciplined financial controls You will be the financial backbone of the agency. What We Are Looking For Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable - Proven ability to confidently chase debt and manage cash flow - Experience in payroll coordination and timesheet follow-up - High attention to detail and commercial awareness - Confident phone manner when speaking with clients regarding payment terms - Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment - Experience within recruitment, labour hire or professional services is highly regarded Most importantly, you are proactive, structured and take ownership.
