What You'll Be Doing Leading and supervising the salon team, including rostering and performance management Overseeing daily salon operations and ensuring service standards are consistently met Managing stock levels, product ordering, and supplier relationships Handling budgeting, financial records, and sales targets Promoting and marketing the salon's services to grow the client base Ensuring full compliance with OH&S regulations and workplace policies Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns professionally Training and mentoring junior staff to build team capability Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a salon management role Diploma in Management , Hairdressing, or a relevant field (AQF Diploma level or higher) Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Strong communication and customer service skills Solid understanding of salon operations, scheduling, and financial management Desirable: Experience with salon booking and POS software Knowledge of current hair trends and product ranges A flair for social media and local marketing Why Join Us?
