The role involves assembling raised flooring panels and aluminium components to specification, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to meet production targets. You will use hand and power tools to prepare and assemble materials then safely pack and stack finished panels onto pallets for dispatch. This is a hands-on position suited to mechanically minded, proactive individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble raised flooring panels and aluminium materials according to work instructions and production schedules Measure, align, and secure components accurately to ensure high-quality finished products Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings and production documentation Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Package, stack and secure finished panels onto pallets for safe transport Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with WHS requirements Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines Requirements: Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or production environments (flooring or similar materials highly regarded) Strong practical knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or blueprints High attention to detail and commitment to work Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Strong work ethic, reliable, and switched on with the ability to follow instructions Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace health and safety practices If you believe you are the right fit for this opportunity, hit apply now!
