A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success. Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets. An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising. Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
