This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys hands‑on, fast‑paced work in a production environment. Full training is provided. Operate converting machinery including slitters, sheeters, guillotines , and related equipment. Cut, trim, and prepare materials based on customer specifications. Complete quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with product standards. Assist with material handling, loading rolls/sheets into machines, and safely moving stock. Maintain accurate production records and follow job tickets/work orders. Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance. Comply with WHS procedures and ensure a clean, safe workspace. Support general warehouse duties when required, including picking, packing, and receiving.
