Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations professional to join their dynamic team. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end freight forwarding operations across import and export shipments. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating international import and export shipments (Air & Sea) Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines and transport providers Managing customs clearance processes and documentation Preparing and checking shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, AWB’s, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) Tracking shipments and proactively updating clients Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures Handling client enquiries and providing exceptional customer service About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in freight forwarding operations (import and/or export) Sound knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation Experience working with CargoWise (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A proactive and team-oriented attitude What’s on Offer Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience) Supportive and professional team culture Opportunity to work with a stable and growing organisation Career progression opportunities If you are an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations professional looking for your next opportunity with a reputable business, we would love to hear from you.
