The Role Deliver electrical building services design for complex and mission-critical facilities Design power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for data centres, commercial, healthcare, and infrastructure projects Undertake load calculations, equipment selection, and energy efficiency analysis Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using Revit MEP and BIM workflows Support projects from concept through construction and commissioning Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Must be self-sufficient, confident working independently, and capable of managing and responding to demanding clients professionally Project Exposure Work across commercial, healthcare, education, and infrastructure developments, alongside a strong pipeline of technically demanding data centre projects requiring high reliability and performance outcomes.
