About the Role As the Financials Solution Consulting Senior Manager for ANZ , you will lead a world-class team of presales professionals dedicated to driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Your Key Impact Areas: Visionary Leadership: Set the bar for excellence by aligning the ANZ Financials team with Sales, Marketing, and Value Management goals. Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a key advisor to Regional Sales Directors, helping define account strategies, win themes, and value-based positioning. About You Basic Qualifications: 5 years in Solution Consulting (Pre-sales) or Professional Consulting. Proven track record in a Solution Consulting leadership role. Other Qualifications: Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Financials domain and a strong understanding of SaaS/Cloud transformation. Strategic Mindset: Skilled in C-level engagement with the ability to build "Trusted Advisor" status with senior stakeholders. High-Performance Coaching: Passionate about people management, from talent acquisition to performance coaching and building high-impact teams. Execution Focus: A "can-do" attitude with a high level of accountability, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
