The ACIC Graduate Program runs for 12 months and is designed to develop you from an APS level 4 to APS level 5 through a mix of structured learning and practical experience. While there are two streams in 2027, Graduates complete the program as one cohort, with most activities delivered together (some in-person, some virtual). 2027 streams include: 1. Technology Best suited to graduates who want to apply technical skills to systems and capability that support criminal intelligence and policing information services, working in a governed environment with strong security expectations. 2. Intelligence Best suited to graduates who are analytical and curious, can work with complexity and can connect information to support decision-making in a high-trust environment.
