Your responsibilities will include: 1. Leading a portfolio of initiatives, helping modernise and strengthen the Bureau's technology environment. 2. Guiding strategic planning and prioritisation, ensuring investment decisions align with organisational priorities and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes. 3. Supporting effective delivery across time, cost, quality, people, and risk, using established governance approaches (PRINCE2), alongside Agile, ITIL, and change management practices. 4. Providing inclusive leadership across delivery and change, supporting teams through readiness, deployment, transition to operations, and post implementation review. 5. Contributing to the ongoing uplift of delivery capability, including frameworks, tools, standards, and the use of insights to inform continuous improvement. 6. Leading and supporting a blended workforce of APS employees, contractors, and vendor partners, fostering collaboration and sustainable ways of working. 7. Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a key point of connection to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and high quality service outcomes. 8.
