Role Overview This is a full-time position within a high-energy pharmacy where communication skills, clinical confidence and team collaboration are essential. The successful candidate will be involved in day-to-day dispensary operations and may also have opportunities to: Support and mentor junior staff Contribute to professional services Work as part of a large, well-supported fun team Suitable for Pharmacists with varying levels of experience from two years who are motivated to grow within a busy community pharmacy environment. Hours & Roster Open hours: 8:30am - 9:00pm Monday to Sunday Full-time roster: 76 hours per fortnight Shifts: 8:00am-4:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:45am-7:45pm Overview: Pharmacists on duty: 3 per shift Script volume:Fast paced environment Dispense Technicians: 4-5 Front of shop: large experienced fun supportive team DAA/Websters: community only, packed by technicians Vaccinations: yes - Accreditation preferred Medicinal cannabis: yes Methadone: no Salary & Benefits From $100,000 - $120,000 super entitlements Immediate start available for the right candidate Location Located within a busy shopping centre less than 10 minutes north of Canberra CBD, with free parking and strong customer traffic - ideal for someone who enjoys a vibrant, retail-focused pharmacy environment.
