We’re partnering with a fast-growing organisation in the gas and energy sector that is looking for a strong Project Supervisor who wants genuine progression into a Project Manager role within 12 months. This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility, strong support, and clear career growth. The Role You’ll lead on-site operations while gaining exposure to project planning, controls, and tender processes, setting you up for a smooth transition into Project Management. Key responsibilities include: Leading daily site operations Managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Supporting project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking Assisting with tender submissions (with a dedicated tender-writing team supporting you) Managing project risk, change processes, and stakeholder communication You’ll be backed by an experienced and supportive team who genuinely invest in your success.
