Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, making this role as dynamic as it is rewarding. What you’ll do Deliver generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle. Own and elevate recruitment activities including drafting advertisements, proactively screening candidates, and leading engaging interviews to secure the right fit for our clients. Provide first line HR advice aligned with legislation and modern awards. Support performance, ER, WHS, and policy development activities. Contribute to HR projects, research, and continuous improvement. Identify and support business development opportunities. What you’ll bring Proven experience in generalist HR and recruitment, with the drive to jump in and get tasks completed efficiently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to navigate multiple priorities at once. Strong attention to detail and proficiency using Microsoft 365 and HRIS/ATS tools. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a hybrid/remote environment thriving on variety and challenge. Why PPS?
