About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor to step into a Team Leader role with a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Adelaide, SA. In this role, you will lead and support a team of rehabilitation consultants while managing your own caseload. You will assess, plan, organise, and participate in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes. This includes early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, ergonomic assessments and case management services. You will use your strong communication skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers and employees.
