They are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its key operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing sales, operations, warehouse performance and team development, while driving profitability and sustainable growth. The Opportunity Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for branch performance across: Sales growth and market share expansion Operational efficiency and cost control Inventory management and purchasing oversight Staff leadership, development and recruitment Vendor management and margin improvement Customer relationship management and key account growth You will be accountable for delivering consistent results across key financial and operational metrics, while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Maintain and grow annual market share with new and existing customers Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor branch profitability and implement strategies to improve margins Oversee inventory control, receivables and purchasing processes Develop pricing and distribution strategies to maximise revenue Lead, mentor and develop branch staff Strengthen supplier relationships in line with corporate strategy Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and maintain a safe working environment Identify operational improvements across warehouse and service functions This role operates across both office and warehouse environments, with occasional site visits. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role Strong commercial acumen and proven experience driving revenue growth Demonstrated experience managing budgets and improving profitability Experience within distribution, industrial, construction or building-related sectors Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams Solid understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Construction or similar (preferred) You are a natural leader who balances commercial drive with operational discipline.
