The Role: As one of four Event Coordinator within the operations team, you will play a key support role to Event Managers across a diverse portfolio of conference and incentive programs. Your responsibilities will span registration management, delegate communications, event website builds, database coordination and general event administration/documentation. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on project tasks in areas aligned to your strengths — whether that’s sustainability initiatives, design coordination or AI research/processes. This role offers exposure to both domestic and international programs, with a mix of conference and incentive events. You’ll receive structured onboarding, including dedicated one-on-one training, cross-team exposure and access to professional development resources. Promotion pathways are clearly defined, with many leaders having progressed internally from coordinator level. The Candidate: You are proactive, switched-on and highly organised, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in events. We’re looking for someone who: Has prior experience in events (agency, in-house or related environment preferred) Understands the fundamentals of conferences, delegate management and accommodation blocks Is confident managing inbox communications and stakeholder queries Brings excellent written and verbal communication skills Is detail-oriented with strong time management skills Is eager to learn and willing to “earn your stripes” in a supportive but high-performing team Holds full Australian working rights (essential) Experience with Cvent or EventsAir is advantageous but not essential You’ll thrive in a collaborative, energetic team environment where most days finish on time — except in the lead-up to major events, where flexibility and commitment are valued.
