As a Customer Experience Consultant, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll collaborate with teammates, build strong relationships, and take pride in delivering results that really matter. What you’ll be doing: Handling a mix of inbound calls and emails from customers in relation to operating or novated leasing Proactively following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes Collaborating with other teams to make sure customer solutions are seamless About you: You’re a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and you know how to keep a conversation engaging.
