Description THE ROLE As a Facility Cleaner, you will play a vital role in keeping our Centre spotless and ensuring it’s always ready to welcome guests. Key responsibilities of this role include: Ensuring that public areas such as exhibition halls, meeting rooms, corridors, foyers, balconies, bathrooms and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard Ensuring that all guest requests for amenities and services are promptly fulfilled Reporting maintenance issues and attending to special cleaning assignments Assisting with guest enquiries inquiries in a friendly and professional manner ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate for this role will have: Strong attention to detail Previous experience in a busy customer-facing role The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team A genuine passion for helping others and contributing to a positive workplace We are looking for individuals who can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including days, nights, and weekends.
