The Case Support Worker will provide high quality administrative support to program staff, children, young people and families as part of the Care Hub program. Core duties may include detailed recording of client meetings, establishing client files and data entry. This is alongside providing practical outreach support to children, young people and families in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team as required. Make your mark: You will develop the skills to provide basic case management and support services to clients of the program, under the guidance and supervision of a more senior employee/Team Leader. Engage with children, families and young people and work alongside the practitioners to promote the safety and wellbeing of children entering care for the first time. Provide practical support to children, families and young people, under the guidance and supervision of a more senior employee, to help them achieve positive outcomes. Be flexible and responsive to the needs of children young people and families to provide case support activities such as linkages with community supports referrals and material aid. Support more experienced employees in day-to-day requirements to manage caseloads across the team. Make a move: Part time, permanent, 22.8 hours per week. Salary $88,090 plus super plus salary packaging (Level 4 SCHCADS). Please pro rata to 22.8 hours. Fixed term covering parental leave to 6th December 2026.
